Compensation and Benefits:

• Paid per mile driven, both loaded and empty, with no escrow or weekly deductions.
• Competitive pay rates: $0.67 cpm W2.
• Average weekly take-home pay between $1500.00 and $1800.00.

Work Schedule:

• Enjoy a balanced work-life with a schedule of 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week at home.

Equipment and Support:

• Drive modern 2023 & newer Cascadias, governed at 70 MPH for your safety and efficiency.
• We cover your flight and hotel for a mandatory road test and orientation.
