Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Nassau, DE
DBS is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Nassau, DE. We offer competitive pay, reliable home time, and a supportive work environment to ensure our drivers feel respected and valued.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a dry van truck to deliver freight on schedule.
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Keep thorough delivery logs and maintain schedules.
Qualifications Needed:
- Valid CDL-A license required.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
