Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run OTR dry van freight for HMD out of Nebraska City, NE, hauling nationwide lanes in recent-model tractors built for reliability and comfort. This solo driving position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and proactive vehicle care.
Position duties:
- Operate company dry van tractors on long-haul routes, maintain accurate logs, and follow DOT regulations.
- Ensure cargo is secure, coordinate deliveries, and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Complete required inspections and liaise with in-house maintenance for any service needs.
Pay & benefits:
- Starting pay 65 CPM, weekly averages about 2,500 miles, with safety, inspection, and referral bonuses.
- Trucks under 3 years with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, home every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)).
Requirements: Valid CDL-A and 12+ months of driving experience.
