Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that offers competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Drivers are typically out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, mainly automotive loads, facilitating efficient operations with 70% drop and hook methods that reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600, depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. Base rates vary from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, along with a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to rack up 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also provide vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
