Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on their location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is composed of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are welcome to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering up to 3,000 miles each week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
