Home Time: Drivers are typically out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. While we strive for weekly home time, there may be occasions when 2-week stretches are necessary. The schedule operates from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
