Dry Van Company Driver W2 - New Britain, CT
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to operate freight across the country. We offer a competitive mileage pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly mileage averages close to 5,000 miles, along with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
Our Offerings Include:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum 12 months of verifiable driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
