Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - New Castle, DE
Join the DBS team as an experienced Solo CDL A driver for our dry van fleet in New Castle, DE. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment to ensure our drivers feel valued and respected.
Your Role:
- Operate a dry van truck safely and deliver freight on time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Keep detailed logs of deliveries and maintain schedules.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A license is a must.
- At least 2 years of driving experience is preferred.
- Strong emphasis on safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
