Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, striving for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a well-kept fleet that is no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on their hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our operations primarily cover regions east of I-35, providing dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee dependable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following a 60-day period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
