Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In New Iberia, LA
Join the dynamic team at HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to deliver freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Qualifications:
- CDL A license required.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
