HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country. Earn competitive mileage pay beginning at 60 CPM, with an average weekly distance of 2,500 miles, alongside bonuses for safe driving, spotless inspections, and successful referrals.
Our drivers benefit from state-of-the-art trucks no older than three years, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, coupled with dependable in-house maintenance services. Drivers return home every two weeks and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:

If you possess a CDL A license and have at least one year of driving experience, consider joining HMD for competitive compensation, consistent freight, and a team committed to the safety and success of its drivers.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
