Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We operate a well-maintained fleet, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Enjoy average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Base rates start at .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, and dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. We ensure consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
