Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Newark, NJ
DBS Laredo is on the lookout for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dry van fleet in Newark. We provide consistent freight, attractive pay, and dependable home time, ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently within designated routes.
- Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with solo driving experience.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
