Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: We manage all dry van loads with 70% drop-and-hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight primarily made up of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
