Are you a skilled CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role with great pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight availability. We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may sometimes occur. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with a secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: Experience the benefit of all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We handle 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, ensuring efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. We offer a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also become eligible for dedicated accounts.
