Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Noblesville, IN
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers in Noblesville, IN, to run freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks for personal time.

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong dedication to safety and quality driving.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
