Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate nationwide OTR dry‑van routes for HMD Trucking out of Norfolk, managing long‑haul freight with dependable dispatch and predictable lanes.
What you'll do:
- Safely operate company dry vans, perform thorough pre/post‑trip inspections, and maintain accurate trip logs.
- Communicate with dispatch to meet scheduled pickups and on‑time deliveries across national lanes.
Perks & expectations:
- Starting pay at 65¢/mile with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus safety, clean inspection, and referral bonuses. Modern trucks under three years include APUs, inverters, sleepers, and company maintenance.
Qualifications: valid CDL‑A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience. Home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits offered.
