Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on freight and location. We strive for weekly home time, though some drivers may experience 2-week stretches. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for maintaining 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Our routes primarily operate east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance coverage begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment, with options for vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
