Home Time: Typically, drivers are on the road for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight requirements. We strive for weekly home time, but some 2-week periods may be necessary. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset each Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept, featuring trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations that minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate ranges from .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, our dedicated drivers can reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after a 60-day period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can apply for dedicated accounts.
