Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though some drivers may encounter 2-week periods. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet is no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers can take their truck and trailer home while ensuring secure parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting time. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after a 60-day waiting period. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
