At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes with outstanding mileage potential and performance bonuses. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving with our well-maintained fleet and consistent earning potential.

Home Time: You will typically be out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. While we aim for weekly home time, occasional 2-week runs may occur. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average weekly pay of $1,350 to $1,600 based on your hiring location, driving between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for safe driving.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week, benefiting from consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers are eligible for dedicated accounts.

Company Culture: At American Trucking Group, we are passionate about exploration, freedom, and supporting our drivers. We cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
