HMD Trucking is actively seeking seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation beginning at 60 CPM, with drivers typically covering about 2,500 miles weekly. Additional incentives include bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
Our drivers benefit from operating cutting-edge trucks, all under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabins. You'll have access to reliable, in-house maintenance support. Enjoy scheduled home time every two weeks and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- At least 12 months of driving experience

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
