Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Olathe, KS
HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer impressive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages of about 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Trucks that are modern and under 3 years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Consistent in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
