Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Olive Branch, MS

Home Time:

• Enjoy 3-4 weeks of driving followed by 4-5 days at home, balancing your professional and personal life while maximizing your earnings.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, mini fridges, inverters, and TV mounts for a comfortable driving experience.

No Touch Freight:

• Handle refrigerated freight with 100% no-touch operations across the nation, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn between $1,600 and $1,800 weekly, with $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. Benefit from a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year's end.

Running Area:

• Cover OTR across all 48 states, accessing a variety of refrigerated freight opportunities designed for maximum earnings.

Benefits:

• Enjoy a 1099 independent contractor role with a no-cost passenger policy for those 18 and older. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
