Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on their location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but two-week stints may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, provided they maintain secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily involving automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily situated east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may also qualify for dedicated accounts.
