Dry Van Company Truck Driver W2 - Olive Branch, MS
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide from Olive Branch, MS. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM split, with an average of approximately 5,000 miles per week and bonuses for clean inspections, safe driving, and referrals.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks that are under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- A valid CDL A license is necessary.
- At least 12 months of OTR driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
