Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Onley, VA
HMD Trucking is seeking skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight across the nation. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Provide:
- Access to modern trucks, less than three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
