Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Oshkosh, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Team drivers average 5,000 miles per week with a split pay of 77¢ per mile and bonuses for safety and clean inspections. Our fleet features late-model trucks under three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers, supported by in-house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively on long-haul deliveries
- Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
