Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Oshkosh, WI
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers for nationwide freight transport. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What You Can Expect:
- Access to modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to ensure your truck runs smoothly.
- Home every two weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum 12 months of driving experience necessary.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Orientation Pay: $150
