Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Overland Park, KS by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Vacancy description
Partner with HMD Trucking to move dry van freight nationwide from Overland Park, KS, averaging 5,000 miles per week at 77¢/mile split pay.
Experience a driver-centered culture with late-model trucks (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, sleepers, inverters and in-house maintenance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van loads across regional and OTR lanes
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Accurately complete logs and freight documentation
- Communicate effectively with team and dispatch
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license
- Minimum 12 months OTR team driving experience
