Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Operate nationwide dry van freight for HMD Trucking based in Overland Park, KS. This solo OTR role has drivers running long-haul routes in late-model tractors (under 3 years) fitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers, with strong in-house maintenance support.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and deliver dry van freight on scheduled routes.
- Maintain accurate logs, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and follow company procedures.
- Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery windows and route adjustments.
Requirements:
- CDL-A license and at least 12 months of driving experience.
Compensation begins at 65 CPM, averaging around 2,500 miles weekly, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits; home every two weeks.
