Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may sometimes occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is composed of trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are permitted to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily located east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program, with eligibility for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
