Home Time: Our drivers are typically on the road for 1-2 weeks depending on their location and freight needs. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occasionally happen. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking as their responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which reduce dock wait times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our driving routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K plan. Dedicated accounts are available after 90 days.
