Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide dry-van freight from Paducah, KY with HMD Trucking, working OTR solo routes that emphasize on-time performance and driver well-being.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate long-haul assignments, keep accurate ELD/trip records, and comply with FMCSA and company policies.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, secure freight, and assist with basic load tasks when required.
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routing and report mechanical concerns.
You’ll have modern tractors (under three years) with sleepers, APUs and inverters, and reliable in-house maintenance support. Pay begins at 65 CPM with average weekly miles around 2,500, plus bonuses, home every two weeks, and full benefits.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
