Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recent-model tractors outfitted with sleepers and APUs
- Execute safe, on-time deliveries
- Follow DOT and company safety procedures
- Coordinate loads and routes with dispatch
