Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Palm Coast, FL by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive coast-to-coast dry van freight with HMD’s team-oriented fleet.
Compensation includes 77¢/mile split, roughly 5,000 weekly miles, and bonuses for safety, inspections, and referrals.
What to Expect:
- Team up to haul dry van loads nationwide
- Keep ELD logs and meet HOS requirements
- Collaborate with dispatch on routes
- Conduct detailed equipment inspections
Operate tractors under three years old with APUs, inverters, and sleepers. Rely on dedicated in-house maintenance, get home every two weeks, and enjoy health/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k). CDL A license and one year OTR experience required.
