Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Vacancy Description

Join HMD Trucking’s OTR team to haul dry van freight across the country on a consistent schedule.

What You’ll Handle:

  • Operate trucks under 3 years old with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
  • Maintain high safety standards to earn inspection and referral bonuses
  • Document deliveries and route progress accurately

  • Strong 77¢/mile split pay with an average of 5,000 miles weekly
  • Dedicated in-house maintenance for your equipment
  • Home every three weeks with full benefits and 401(k)

Applicants need a CDL A and 12+ months OTR experience.
