Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Passaic, NJ
DBS Laredo is actively recruiting skilled Solo CDL A drivers for our dry van fleet in Passaic. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight to various locations.
- Comply with all traffic laws and maintain safety standards.
- Keep accurate delivery and trip logs.
Must Have:
- A valid CDL A license.
- Experience driving solo.
- A strong commitment to safety and logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
