Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Paterson, NJ
DBS Laredo is seeking qualified Solo CDL A drivers for our dry van fleet in Paterson. We provide steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel appreciated and supported.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely transport goods to assigned destinations.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate delivery and trip logs.
Qualifications needed:
- Valid CDL A.
- Experience as a solo driver is preferred.
- Clean driving record with a focus on safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
