Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Pelham, NH
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Offer:
- Drive modern trucks (under 3 years old) equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Rely on reliable in-house maintenance support.
- Be home every two weeks with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
