Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Become part of a driver-first team based in Pelham, NH, running OTR dry van freight nationwide. You'll be assigned solo long-haul runs in modern trucks under three years old, equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters, with dependable in-house maintenance support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van freight on long-haul routes and meet scheduled deliveries.
- Keep accurate logs and paperwork; perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections.
- Communicate with dispatch to coordinate routing and address delays or equipment needs.
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety and cargo securement standards.
Qualifications & Highlights:
- CDL-A required with at least 12 months verifiable experience.
- Mileage pay begins at 65 CPM, typical weekly miles around 2,500, plus safety and referral bonuses.
- Home every two weeks and full benefits including health coverage and a 401(k) plan.
