Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Key Tasks:
- Execute long-haul routes in a team format
- Maintain clean inspections to earn bonuses

Equipment & Maintenance:
- Trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters & sleepers
- Dependable in-house upkeep to reduce downtime
Pay & Perks:
- 77¢/mile split with ~5,000 miles per week
- Bi-weekly home time on predictable cycles
