Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week stretches may sometimes occur. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet is comprised of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are permitted to take their truck and trailer home, with responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads will involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting time. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week, depending on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles each week. Enjoy a base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily running east of I-35, with the potential for 3,000 miles weekly for dedicated drivers. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
