Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight requirements. We aim for weekly home time, though some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our well-maintained fleet features trucks no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, and drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, with mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate ranges from .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, our dedicated drivers can reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following a 60-day period. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can apply for dedicated accounts.
