Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Philadelphia, PA

Home Time:

• Typically out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight.
• We aim for weekly home time; however, 2-week periods may occasionally occur.
• Our schedule runs Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

• Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
• All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
• Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with a responsibility for secured parking.

No Touch Freight:

• All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily automotive freight for efficient operations.
• About 70% of our loads involve drop and hook, reducing dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles per week.
• Base pay of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for maintaining 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area:

• Primarily east of I-35, with potential for dedicated drivers to earn up to 3,000 miles weekly.
• Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.
