Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Philadelphia, PA
DBS Laredo is actively seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dynamic dry van fleet. We pride ourselves on providing consistent freight, attractive pay rates, and dependable home time while ensuring our drivers feel valued and respected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport cargo to various destinations across the region.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Proven experience as a truck driver, preferably with dry van.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
