Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Pierre, SD
DBS is seeking experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Pierre. We guarantee consistent freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while prioritizing driver support and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver dry van freight to required locations.
- Follow all safety and traffic regulations.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license.
- At least 1 year of driving experience.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
