Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Pittsburgh, PA

Home Time:

3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods and quality family time.

Equipment:

Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet ensures comfort for long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

Enjoy 100% no-touch operations with refrigerated freight across all 48 states, including dedicated routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

Average weekly earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, distributed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

Covering OTR across all 48 states with diverse dry van freight options for optimal earning potential.

Benefits:

W2 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for drivers aged 18+. A pet policy is available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
