HMD Trucking is actively seeking skilled OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We provide competitive mileage compensation beginning at 60 CPM, with drivers typically covering around 2,500 miles weekly. Additionally, we offer bonuses for safe driving, flawless inspections, and successful referrals.
Our drivers benefit from operating in modern trucks, all less than three years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers. You can rely on our in-house maintenance team for dependable support. Drivers return home every two weeks and receive comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
To qualify, you must possess a CDL A license and have a minimum of 12 months of driving experience. Join HMD for attractive pay, reliable freight, and a team committed to driver safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
