Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Move dry van freight across the country out of Pittsburgh, PA for a driver-first carrier. HMD hires experienced OTR solo CDL-A drivers, providing strong mileage pay (from 65 CPM), consistent national lanes, and dependable, modern tractors.
Primary duties:
- Drive dry van equipment on long-haul OTR runs, maintain accurate logs and delivery ETAs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, secure loads, and coordinate repairs with in-house maintenance.
- Adhere to DOT and company safety standards while optimizing route efficiency.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Professionalism, good driving record, and readiness for biweekly home time.
