Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight requirements. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, featuring trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: We handle all dry van loads with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock wait times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500 to 2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to log 3,000 miles per week. We maintain consistent freight lanes that ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, we offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
