Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an over-the-road (OTR) position with excellent pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained vehicles no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with the responsibility of secured parking.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, for efficient transport.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. Our base rates range from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You can also be eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
